Ms. Anne C. Khaimia

Holds two degrees in the field of Education; Bachelor of Philosophy in Education (BPhil. Ed) from The University of Warwick and Bachelor of Education Arts in English and Literature (B.Ed. Arts) from Maseno University. She also has a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies from The University of Nairobi.
Anne has over ten years’ experience in teaching having started off as a trainee teacher at Braeburn School. She later worked as the Director of Studies at Braeside School for seven years. At Braeside, Anne led the staff as the Chair of the Curriculum Committee during the School’s successful CIS (Council of International Schools) accreditation. She also has training in CIS School inspection.
Anne has a firm grasp of the British National Curriculum and how it should be dispensed across the primary range. She believes in ensuring that the experiences that the children have at school are not only meaningful and impactful in all areas of their lives but also memorable.
